Our signature dish! We use a special variety of farm-fresh eggplant that is specially grown for us. We slice it, bread it and bake it to perfection before layering it with all natural mozzarella and a traditional sauce made from perfectly vine-ripened tomatoes, imported olive oil and Italian spices. We top off this masterpiece with flavorful imported Pecorino Romano and Parmesan.

An Italian grandmother passed down her Italian family recipes to her granddaughter, Sara. She then passed them down to her son, Michael, who loved them so much, he wanted to share them with everyone.
